"Solid gear, just one small stitching thing"
Right out of the box, it gave me the feeling it was well made. The material feels sturdy and like it should hold up fine, though I did notice a small stitching issue. Nothing that immediately worries me, but my gut says it’s worth keeping an eye on.

"I ordered a couple things from Tactical Distributors..."
I ordered a couple things from Tactical Distributors the other week, kind of on a whim while I was sitting around after dinner, and the shipping was actually quicker than I expected. I got the tracking info soon after ordering, and the package showed up within a few days, which was nice because I was half expecting it to take longer.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the tracking didn’t really update much at first, so I kept checking it and not seeing anything new. Not a huge deal in the end though, since everything arrived fine and was packaged well.

I ordered the wrong size and was worried I’d be stuck with something I couldn’t use. Luckily, the exchange was super easy and quick, with no annoying back-and-forth. Really relieved it didn’t turn into a hassle.

I ordered a pair of pants and a shirt, and the fit was mostly right. The shirt was maybe a little snug in the shoulders, but not enough to be a big issue. The size chart definitely helped, and shipping was fine too. There’s something about it that makes me think I’d probably size up next time, but overall I’m happy with the order...

"Plenty of gear to choose from"
They’ve got a really good selection of gear, which is nice, but some sizes seem to sell out fast, so if you wait too long.....

"Good support, but not the fastest"
I had an issue with my order and reached out to customer service. It took a little longer than I expected to hear back, especially compared to some other companies I’ve used, but once they responded they were really nice and helped get everything sorted out. Overall, a decent experience

"Pretty good site, but checkout could be faster"
I found what I needed quickly, and ordering was simple. The shipping updates were decent too. My only gripe is the checkout page took a bit longer to load than it should have, so whoever runs this should probably look into that. Other than that, smooth experience.
